What do I do if my location isn't listed?

If you are listing an ad and you notice your location (city/town) is not listed, please contact us via the Help Desk and let us know. Our site is still fairly new, and while we try to make sure all our ducks are in a row, sometimes we make mistakes too. 

If you open a ticket and let us know which location is missing, we can add it to the system very quickly!

How To Promote A Product?

Promoting your listings is an easy and affordable way to ensure your item(s) sell quickly. Please visit our Promote Your Ad page which will provide you with pricing and instruction on how to promote your ad on HMC.

What do I do if I come across copyright infringement?

Do I have to register to use the community forum?

Yes, all HMC services (marketplace and community boards) require registration before use. You can sign up by clicking here.

Is the community forum moderated?

Yes, all HMC services (marketplace and community boards) are moderated for quality assurance purposes. 

We have a zero tolerance policy for aggressive, abusive, and toxic behavior. If you feel like you have been treatly poorly on our community boards, please screenshot your interactions and reach out to the Help Desk for assistance.
